TERMS & CONDITIONS, ADDITIONS
         
Minimums Burgundy Room at Fountain Bleau: 50 person minimum; 100 person minimum on Saturdays. Maximum of 175 people.
Bleau Room at Fountain Bleau: 180 person minimum. Maximum of 360 people.
Finals / Counts Final number must be guaranteed 2 weeks before event. (It is the customer's responsibility to schedule this final appointment or else we will chose a menu for you and base the count on the quote.) Customers must pay for this final number of persons, regardless of cancellations or no shows. Additions can be made up to two business days before the event, by 9:00 am. All final details for timing, cake, set up, etc. must be finalized two weeks prior (or we will decide for you). Any changes or requests after these dates are not guarunteed.
Room Rentals Room Rentals at the Fountain Bleau: Prices include hall rental times as listed. Additional Hours are available at $250 per hour. Customer has exactly one half hour after the scheduled end time to remove personal items. If the customer goes past this time (including disc jockey, guests, etc.), charges of $125 per half hour will be added to the final invoice.
Set Up Set up and deliveries of flowers, favors, name cards, DJ equipment, alcohol, etc. can be done on on event day, beginning two (2) hours before the event start time (or by appointment). Our set up fees for non inclusive items (such as ceremonies, customer's favors, etc.) are billed at $50 an hour per server.
Tear Down All personal affects, decorations, gifts, flowers, boxes, trash, musician/DJ equipment, and alcohol must be removed within 1/2 hour after the end of the rental hall period. Additional time will be billed at $250 per hour. Articles left behind will be disposed of at an hourly fee of $50 per hour per server. Lost articles are not our responsibility.
Alcohol Alcohol Must be provided by the customer, delivered and removed that day. No alcohol can be sold on the premises without a permit. Bartenders are $80 each. If alcohol is being consumed, we require an off duty police officer. The charge is $100 for the last four hours of your event. This officer is not an employee or affiliated with the Fountaine Bleau; and we assume no liability for their actions. Ask us for recommendations of Liquor Agencies that deliver.
Centerpieces Centerpieces Centerpieces can be rented from the Fountaine Bleau, but remain our property. Customers may bring in their own centerpieces; however, they must be removed that night. No candles are allowed except for those approved by the Fountaine Bleau.
Napkins Napkin At Fountain Bleau: Over 50 colors available at no charge. Quantities are limited. Card box & safe available in each room; however, Fountaine Bleau assumes no liability for their use.
Reserved Seating Reserved Seats Table numbers available. Seating charts with table numbers assigned will be given to you at your final appointment, and must be sent back to us one week before event. Our fax # is (440)933-6582. Name cards may be arranged by customer at the entrance on event day or by appointment. No table additions can be made to the seating chart.. Failure to send in the seating chart by one week before will result in 10 chairs at a table; with the chairs equaling the amount of guests guaranteed.
Timing Timing will be prescheduled. Any deviation from this may result in extra charges. The fountaine Bleau reserves the right to start the dinner without the guests of honor if they have not arrived at the scheduled time.
Pricing Price on non-food items are subject to change without notice. All additions will be billed at current prices. Service charge billed on entire invoice at 20%. Sales tax for Fountain Bleau facility is 7.75%. Prices for children 10 and under are half off the adult menu prices; children are not included to meet our minimum requirements. Custom children's menus are quoted on request. Prices for rental items are subject to change with out notice. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Check and Cash are accepted.
Deposit A 25% non-refundable deposit secures the date and contract quantity pricing.
Ceremonies Ceremonies can be performed on site, inside or outside. Tents, Chairs, Arches, Aisle Runners, etc. are available; ask for a price quote. Non-Denominational Ministers are also available.
Decorations All decorations must be approved by the Fountain Bleau. Sprinkles, glitter, or anything that might lodge in the carpet are not permitted. No taping or hanging of decorations from the walls or ceilings. Balloons must be removed that night.
Indemnification The customer holds A Big Show Catering and The Fountain Bleau harmless against any claims from their acts or the acts of their guests, including any accident, injury or damage, however caused, to any person or property related to the event , and against any costs, attorney fees, expenses, and liabilities. A Big Show and The Fountain Bleau are not liable for lost or stolen items. Use of our Safe andCard Box is at your own risk.
Liability The customer will be responsible for any negligent acts by themselves or their guests that may damage the property of The Fountain Bleau and/or A Big Show, Ltd.
Premises In the event the facility suffers any type of temporary loss of utilities, fixtures, acts of nature, or acts of terrorism, customer hereby waives all claims for injury or damages, either physical, emotional, or contractual.
