Looking to have an affordable golf outing complete with the best in food and beverage service? Then Big Met Golf Course, the new Big Met Grille and Terrace, and A Big Show Catering is the perfect combination to treat your guests to a great day of golf, food and fun!

Big Met Golf Course is centrally located; it's close to downtown Cleveland with easy access from several major highways and roads. The golf course is scenic, enjoyable, and a treat to play. And with the new Clubhouse and Terrace now open, Big Met offers unmatched food and beverage service for golf outings!

GOLF OUTING EVENTS GENERAL INFORMATION:

Golf, Carts, Prices and Available Outing Dates:
Minimum head count for golf outings is 20 persons. Contact Big Met at (440) 331-1070 or check out the Cleveland Metroparks Golf Course Website for details on golf/cart prices and outing date availability.

Capacity:
The Terrace at Big Met Grille fits 125 guests comfortably, with 12 round tables and 125 chairs. Minimum group size of 20, maximum of 144 for indoors/patio. Rental tent option available for larger groups; ask to see our full line of rental items and options.

Availability:
The Terrace at Big Met Grille is always available for rental on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesdays, and Thursday evenings with unlimited advanced booking options.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from March through October can only be booked 90 days in advance, as golf outings have first priority on these days in advance of 90 days. (There is no advance booking limitation from November through February.)

Rental Price:
All buffets include a four (4) hour rental, set up of the provided tables and chairs, and clean up. Table covers for picnic tables are $5.95/ea.

Services:
Catering services provided by A Big Show: Hors d’oeuvres, Buffets, Plated Functions, Outdoor Grilling, Wedding Cakes, and more are available. We also offer centerpieces and bridal bouquets. A service charge of 18% will be added to all bills, plus the applicable sales tax of 7.50%

Alcohol:
Beer and wine may be purchased through A Big Show Catering.

CHARGRILLED DINNERS
This is the main meal served after the golf is completed. We have a wide variety of Dinner options. Prices include choice of any three (3) side dishes (listed below), rolls w/ butter, and dessert logo cake with our decadent triple chocolate brownies! Also includes chinet platters and real steak knives and forks. Minimum of 30 people.

- Steaks are USDA Choice Select Meats that are fresh, never frozen. Steaks are always Black Angus hand cut and trimmed complete -- no fat or bone, which can make up 40% of the weight for some caterers! Steaks are marinated 24 hours for optimal flavor and tenderness. They are chargrilled on mesquite and hickory chips (never propane!) for that "Texas" taste. Steaks are cooked to perfection, from "still mooing" to "well done" (even for large groups that eat all together)! Grilled Mushrooms and Onions are always served on the side.

- Roasted Rack of Pork that is even better than a Pig Roast! We take a center cut pork loin with the Frenched Bones still on, and slow sear it on the grille. It carves like a huge 14 oz. lamb chop and is served with a choice of chutneys: baked apples and kraut, sweet and sour, or BBQ sauce. This meal always gets rave reviews -- groups that try this option run it year after year!

- Clambakes are a fall favorite! Our clam bake and clam chowder is always homemade and out of this world! Clams are always middle neck and steamed fresh on site.

- Or really dazzle your guests with multiple grilled entree selections -- then everyone is happy!
