| The Fountaine Bleau staff has been sharing their talents with the public in 2010 through cookie, candy, cake, and chocolate making classes! Each event has drawn over 200 locals who walked away with boxes full of goodies and tools to continue honing their new found talents at home.
In December, A Big Show Catering and The Fountaine Bleau hosts a cookie baking event you do not want to miss! And in 2011, there are cake, cupcake and chocolate-making classes scheduled that make a great gift for the holidays:

HOLIDAY COOKIE BAKING
All the dough and decorations are already provided; you just make, bake, and decorate! Best of all, you get to avoid the messy clean up! The cost is only $24. For the adult cookie baking on December 12th, bring a bottle of your favorite wine to enjoy while you bake!
CAKE DECORATING
Have you ever wanted to make cakes like your local bakery? Then sign up for a Cake Class 101, 102, or 103! Learn how to base ice, decorate borders, make roses, and more. Take just one class or take them all! Each class is two hours; leave with your decorated cake! $18 per class.
CUPCAKE DECORATING
Do you have a shower or wedding coming up? Try the cupcake class which is all the rage! Make show stopping creations, learn different display ideas, and more! $24
CHOCOLATE MAKING
Just in time for Valentines Day and Easter, learn chocolate making secrets! Peanut butter eggs, heart molds, bunnies, themed lollipops, chocolate covered strawberries, and more! Your family will thank you! $16
