| Room Minimums | Burgundy Room - 50 people minimum; 100 on Saturdays. Maximum of 175 people. |
| Bleau Room - 180 people. Maximum of 360. | |
| Offsite - minimum of 30 people. Max of 10,000 | |
| Drop Off Platters - minimum of 28 people. | |
| Room Rentals | Prices for either room at the Fountain Bleau include hall rental time as listed. Additional hours are available at $250/hr. For offsite catering, the customer is responsible for securing and contracting the facility directly; A Big Show takes no part or responsibility for offsite locations. |
| Timing | Includes set up of Buffet one and a half hours before guests arrive. (One hour later if hors doeuvres are purchased.) |
| Set ups / Tear downs | At Fountain Bleau: setup and delivery of flowers, favors, name cards, DJ, alcohol, etc. can be done on event day up to 3 hours before the start time of the event, or by appointment. Setup fees for non-inclusive items (such as ceremonies, customer-provided favors, etc.) are billed at $50 per hour per server.
All personal effects, decorations, gifts, flower boxes, musicians, and alcohol must be removed no later than 30 minutes after the end of your scheduled hall rental time. Failure to remove items within 30 minutes will cause additional rental time to be charged at $250 per hour. Articles left behind will be disposed of, and the time it takes to facilitate the disposal will be billed at $50 per hour per server. Off Site: includes setup of buffet 1.5 hours before guests arrive. Dinner will be served 30 minutes after guests arrive; if hors doeuvres are served, dinner will begin one hour after guests arrive. Dinner / Dessert service is for one hour. Afterwards, servers will clean up foods items, tear down buffet, etc and will leave. (Approx one hour) This is a total of 4 hours. Any deviation of start times, set up, etc. are billed at $50 per hour / per server. If servers are to stay overtime until your party is over to clean up, price is $50 per hour / per server. Set up or tear downs of rental items, decorations, bar etc are $50/hour per server. If rental items are still being used after servers leave, customer must follow instructions for tear down. Damaged items as a result of customer tear down are charged at full replacement value. |
| Rental Centerpieces | No charge for hurricane globes or mirror centerpieces at Fountain Bleau. See Rental Options for additional centerpieces. Flower arrangements or some of our Creative pieces range from $15 to $50 per table. Stunning Tall Topiaries with four surrounding votives are $9.95 ea. Rental Votives are $1.50 per set of four. Customers's centerpieces can be put on tables at no charge, so long as they are provided complete; no assembly of centerpieces will be done by servers. |
| Decorations / Bridal Tables | Linen will be set up upon our arrival time. Bridal table with tulle, candleoperas, vines, flowers are included in the hall rental; cake table also included. Decorations such as balloons, tulle, sparkles, etc. are per quote. Lights, add $25 per setup. Bridal Arch $50. |
| Reserved Seating | Table numbers available. Seating charts must be received one week before event by fax (440-933-6582). Namecards may be arranged by customer at the entrance on event day. |
| Ice Sculptures | $175 to $500 |
| Napkins/Card Box | Over 50 colors of napkins available, included in the hall rental; off site by quote. Card box and safe available in each hall. |
| Alcohol | Must be provided by the customer, delivered and removed on event day only. No alcohol may be sold on premises without a valid permit held in customer's name. Bartenders can be provided, however, A Big Show does not assume responsibility for the actions of any guest. Ask for recommendations on Liquor Agencies that deliver. Bartenders $80, Barwash $3.50, Rental Bars $40, Security Guards $100. |
| Coat Check | Optional - $80 per attendee. Coat racks are $20 per 30 coats. |
| Prices/Service Fees | Subject to change without notice. Additions billed at current prices. Service Charge of 18% added to total Bill. Children 10 and under are half off adults menu (but their counts can not be included to meet our minimum requirements). Ask us for prices on special meals just for kids (such as dinosaur chicken fingers). Overdue charges will bear interest of 12% per annum and customer agrees to all attorney and collection fees. |
| Ceremonies | Ceremonies can be performed either onsite of offsite; non-denominational ministers available. Ask for quote relating to ceremony items. |
| Decorations | All decorations used within Fountain Bleau must be pre-approved. No sprinkles or glitter permitted. No tape or nails may be used on the walls or ceilings to affix decorations. |
| Deposit | 25% non refundable deposit secures date and contract quantity pricing. Additions or Changes are billed at current prices. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Check and Cash are accepted. Rental items prices are subject to change. |
| Counts | An exact count must be guaranteed two weeks before the event. The final invoice must be paid one week before the event. The sponsoring group must pay for the number guests guaranteed regardless of no-shows or cancellations. However, additions can be made up to 48 hours before the event, per A Big Show's approval. All Final details for timing, set up, etc. must be given to the Big Show two weeks before the event. Although we will certainly try to accomodate you at all times, any request for changes inside one week before the event are by approval only, and cannot be guaranteed. |
| Indemnification | Customer holds A Big Show Ltd. harmless agains any claims from acts by the Customer and guests, including any accident, injury or damage however caused to any person or property related to the event, and against any costs, attorney's fees, expenses or liabilities. Customer alone shall be responsible for any negligent acts by themselves or their guests that may damage the property of A Big Show. In the event the facility suffers temporary loss of any utilities, fixtures or products, Customer waives all claims for injury or damage, be it physical, emotional or contractual. |
